ISLAMABAD: The Supreme Court on Monday sanction safeguard of Rao Shakeel, the primary blamed in 2010 Haj debasement trick. 


A three-part seat, headed by Justice Anwar Zaheer Jamali allowed safeguard to previous executive general Haj after he submitted a surety bond worth Rs10 million and on the condition that the blamed will surrender his visa.

Rao Shakeel, a key charged in the scandalous Haj defilement embarrassment has been in a correctional facility since the previous four years. 

Prior, the Islamabad High Court dismisses the safeguard application of Rao Shakeel on March 8, 2013 as the denounced was bringing about postponement in the case.
