ISLAMABAD: Admiral Zakaullah has been appointed because the Islamic Republic of Pakistan Navy chief by President Mamnoon Hussain on the recommendation of Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif.
The current Navy chief, Admiral Asif Sandila can retire on October seven.
Admiral Zakaullah was commissioned within the Navy in 1978 and was serving because the vice chief of service workers.
