ISLAMABAD: A case was lodged against Imran Khan at Islamabad's Bani Gala station when the Islamic Republic of Pakistan Tehreek-i-Insaf (PTI) chairman got activists of his party discharged, World Health Organization were detained by police for violation of section a hundred and forty four.


Spokesperson for national capital police Naeem Ahmed confirmed the registration of a case against PTI Chairman Imran Khan for obstructing public servants from playing their official duties.

He additional same that the party activists, World Health Organization were discharged by Imran Khan, had been in remission for violating section a hundred and forty four and added  that arrests over violation of section a hundred and forty four of the CPC would continue.

The capital police too soon Monday had encircled Imran Khan’s Banni Gala residence when he helped unharness of the party activists.

According to sources, on the orders of military officer national capital Police Tahir Alam, around 5am nearly 1500 police personnel gathered outside Imran’s residence.

After the news circulated in media, the inside ministry took notice of the problem and known as back the law from Imran’s residence.

The PTI chief had allegedly gotten discharged in remission party activists from police custody and brought them to his residence. Later, they were reportedly shifted to the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa House in national capital.

A proponent for the Islamic Republic of Pakistan Tehreek-i-Insaf same that police had 'unlawfully' in remission fifteen party staff World Health Organization were being taken to Bani Gala station once they happened to catch a glimpse of Imran Khan and screamed for his facilitate.

The PTI proponent added  that Imran Khan hearing the pleas managed to induce the vehicle, carrying the in remission party staff, stopped and got them discharged.

He conjointly claimed that the PTI staff were in remission 'without any reason'.

The PTI plans to submit a contempt of court petition within the national capital state supreme court against the govt. over the arrests of its activists.

The plea would be submitted by Jahangir Tareen, Shah of Iran Mehmood Qureshi and 4 alternative leaders of the PTI.
